HOW AND WHEN TO USE EVERY
CRUNCHI SKINCARE PRODUCT

STEP 1: CLEANSE

​I am the Balm Cleansing Balm​
A cleansing balm or a hydrating mask. Powered by turmeric & plant-based squalane to soften & protect.

TO USE:
AS A CLEANSER
1. Massage a quarter-sized amount into dry skin and around the eyes using gentle circular motions.
2. Remove with a warm, damp cloth and rinse the skin with cool water.

AS A MASK:
Apply I AM The Balm to freshly cleansed skin as a 5-minute hydrating mask.

​Gentle Facial Bar​
Available in gentle and charcoal, these are bar soaps for your face. They can be used on their own or as step two after the cleansing balm for the double cleanse!

STEP 2: PREP

​Clarilight Facial Essence​
The prep step in your skincare. This rehydrates skin and allows all following products to spread evenly and penetrate more deeply.

TO USE: 1. After cleansing, saturate an organic cotton round or pour into palm. Swipe over face, neck, and décolleté. Let absorb 5-10 seconds before applying serum and moisturizer.

STEP 3: TREAT

​I AM Bright Vitamin C Serum (morning serum)
This brightening serum is VERY effective. I saw results within a few days. Start slowly with brightening serums as they are very active. If tingling occurs, follow with luminous facial oil OR a gentle moisturizer.

TO USE:
1. Start with clean skin. Use toner to prep your skin.
2. Apply 1-2 pumps of serum to your face, neck, and décolleté. Use once daily only.
3. Follow with facial oil or moisturizer.

​Goldenlight Multipeptide Facial Serum (morning or evening)
A serum with 15% Multi-Peptide Complex and arnica to visibly lift, sculpt, & firm skin. Helps dramatically support skin’s collagen & elastin network. Protects against environmental stressors that can trigger premature aging. Visibly reduces fine lines & wrinkles, leaving skin with a natural glow.

TO USE:
1. Cleanse skin and apply toner (essence).
2. Apply one dropperful to face, neck, and décolleté.
3. Follow with Daylight® Advanced or Nightlight® Advanced Facial Cream.

STEP 4: PROTECT (MOISTURIZE)

​I AM Luminous Facial Oil​
This lightweight facial oil is a dream. It immediately calms skin, while soothing and moisturizing.*

TO USE:
1. Start with clean face. Apply toner and desired serums.
2. Apply 1-2 pumps of facial oil to your face, neck, and décolleté. Use it day or night according to your needs: either as the final moisturizing step in your skincare routine or to provide a boost of moisture by applying it before or after your preferred moisturizer.

​Daylight Facial Cream OR Daylight Advanced Facial Cream (AM cream)
These morning creams are daily moisturizers that will help hydrate and nourish skin. Advanced line also evens skin tone and works to minimize fine lines and wrinkles with bakuchiol – plant-based retinol

TO USE:
1. Start with clean skin. Use desired toners and serum.
2. Apply morning cream to the face, neck, and decollete.

​Sunlight Facial SPF​

The crucial step to everyone' morning skincare routine (all year round). This mornign sunscreen offers SPF30 in non-nano zinc form.

TO USE:
1. Apply to skin after your favorite Crunchi moisturizer, 15 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Massage into face, neck, and décoletté.

​Nightlight Facial Cream OR Nightlight Advanced Facial Cream (PM cream)
These nighttime creams are a super moisturizer that will help hydrate and nourish skin overnight. Advanced line also evens skin tone and works to minimize fine lines and wrinkles with bakuchiol – plant-based retinol

TO USE:
1. Start with clean skin. Use desired toners and serum.
2. Apply Nightlight Advanced® Youth-Activating Facial Cream to the face, neck, and decollete.

​Powerlight Eye Cream​

TO USE:

TO USE:
1. Apply a light layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area.
2. Gently massage into skin to encourage circulation and exfoliation. Leave on up to 5 minutes.
3. Rinse skin thoroughly and pat dry.
4. Follow with toner, serum, and moisturizer.

​I am Renewed Charcoal Mask
​A pleasant smelling charcoal mask great for sensitive skin. This is a 5 minute pore detox for those concerned with congestion, oily skin, and dullness.

TO USE:
NOTE: Shake to activate I AM Renewed™ Purifying Mask for 15-30 seconds before each use. 1. Apply to clean, dry skin. Avoid the eye area.
2. Leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes.
3. Remove with warm water. Follow with your regular skincare routine. Mask can be used 2-3x’s per week or as needed.
